Why we built Nookera.
Victorian property due diligence is scattered across a dozen government portals, written for planners - not buyers. Nookera pulls those official records into one report a buyer can actually read, before they sign.
What we do
We turn open Victorian and Commonwealth government records - planning, hazards, heritage, infrastructure, schools, and area data - into one buyer-readable PDF: 49 current buyer-facing checks, plain-English results, and the official source named on major findings.
Who's behind it
Nookera is built and run by BlackAurum Pty Ltd · ABN 74 696 572 666. It's Victoria-only by design, so the planning, hazard, and source rules stay specific to one place.
Why it's honest
When a source can't confirm something, the report says so. It never turns a gap into a favourable result.
