What we collect
We may collect your email address, sign-in details, selected property, payment and report progress, download access, support messages, and service logs.
Payments
Card entry and card processing are handled by Stripe. We store payment identifiers and payment status needed to fulfil and support your order, but we do not store full card numbers.
Reports and downloads
Your completed PDF is stored securely and can be downloaded from your account for 30 days after it's ready.
