1. Payment or account allowance is confirmed before a report starts
For supported online properties, paid reports start after Stripe confirms payment, and monthly included reports start after the account allowance is confirmed. Nookera does not store full card numbers, and returning from checkout does not, by itself, create a report.
2. Property and price are checked
The selected property and price are confirmed securely before checkout. The browser cannot choose a different property or price after the fact.
3. Request protection
We limit repeated sign-in, checkout, order-status, and download requests to protect customer accounts and keep report delivery reliable.
4. Private preparation
Preparation checks stay private. Customers receive only the completed PDF through their account.
