Security and abuse controls

Nookera is designed to protect customer accounts, payments, report generation, and downloads.

PrivacyDelivery

Payment is confirmed before a report starts

Reports start only after payment is confirmed by Stripe. Nookera does not store full card numbers. Returning from checkout does not, by itself, create a report.

Property and price are checked

The selected property and price are confirmed securely before checkout. The browser cannot choose a different property or price after the fact.

Request protection

We limit repeated sign-in, checkout, order-status, and download requests to protect customer accounts and keep report delivery reliable.

Private drafts

Drafts and preparation checks stay private. Customers receive only the completed PDF through their account.
