Official source notes
Report sections are tied to official or open government sources where practical, with notes that show where the information came from and when follow-up may be needed.
Mapped property first
The customer path resolves an address to a confirmed mapped property boundary before checkout. If more than one property could match, the customer chooses the property they want checked.
No hidden downgrade
If a required check cannot be completed, we will not send a lower-quality report as if everything was confirmed.
Operational posture
Account creation is controlled while report delivery, source availability, and support needs are monitored closely.
