1. Automated report preparation
The service resolves a property, checks relevant data sources, applies screening logic, and prepares a PDF. Human support may be used for service issues, but the report should still be treated as desk-based screening only.
2. No adviser relationship
Automated analysis does not create a solicitor-client, planner-client, engineer-client, valuer-client, insurance, lending, or conveyancing adviser relationship. You should take professional advice before relying on the report for a property decision.
3. Questions and images
If a question, image, or document-upload feature is available, submit only material you have the right to provide. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information, passwords, private contract negotiations, or other sensitive material unless we specifically request it.
4. Training use
Customer reports, selected addresses, support messages, uploaded images, and uploaded documents should not be used to train general-purpose models unless a separate consent process clearly says so.
5. Review path
If an automated result appears wrong or incomplete, contact hello@nookera.com.au with the order reference and the issue. We can check whether the problem is a property-selection issue, source-data issue, delivery issue, or product limitation.
