Report delivery policy
Paid reports are delivered only after payment is verified and the report passes address, official data, map, and final PDF checks.
Timing
Most reports should be ready within a few minutes; allow up to 24 hours when official sources are slow or temporarily unavailable. This is not a guaranteed five-minute deadline.
Delivery process
After a verified single-report payment, or after you use a prepaid report for a selected property, report generation starts automatically. Buying a prepaid pack adds report credits to your account; it does not generate PDFs by itself. If delivery is interrupted, we continue working on the ordered report within the delivery window and contact you if we cannot complete it safely.
Downloads
Completed PDFs are stored securely and can be downloaded from your account for 30 days.
When data cannot be confirmed
A successful payment is only the start of the order. Required address, official data, map, and final PDF checks must pass before the PDF becomes downloadable.
