1. Timing
Most reports are ready within a few minutes. Allow up to 24 hours when official sources are slow, temporarily unavailable, or final preparation checks take longer than usual.
2. Delivery process
For supported online properties, PDF preparation starts after a verified single-report payment or after you use a monthly included report for the selected property. About 96.5% of Victorian addresses shown in Nookera search can start online. About 3.5% are not currently available for online reports. Online availability depends on whether the selected Victorian property can be matched to the official property record used by the report. Before purchase, customers must accept that online address availability is not 100% and that disclosed unavailable-address, property-verification, source-availability, or report-limitation outcomes are not by themselves refund reasons. This does not limit any right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If delivery cannot be completed safely within the delivery window, your order page shows the latest status and support can confirm a replacement or refund path under the Refund and cancellation policy.
3. Payment states
Returning from checkout does not by itself prove payment. Nookera waits for verified payment status before making a paid report downloadable. Failed, unpaid, expired, disputed, or refunded payments do not create download access for the affected order.
4. Downloads
Completed PDFs are stored securely and can be downloaded from your account for 30 days. We email when a PDF is ready. Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates if you do not see it. Your account page also shows the latest report status and downloads.
5. Account history
Signed-in customers can view recent report orders, status, download availability, monthly included report availability, and billing history from the account page. Download access may expire, be revoked after refund or dispute, or require support if the order needs correction.
6. When data cannot be confirmed
A successful payment is only the start of the order. Required address, official data, map, and final PDF checks must pass before the PDF becomes downloadable.
7. If delivery cannot complete
If we cannot complete an ordered report within the delivery window, check your order page or account for the latest status and contact hello@nookera.com.au. We may ask for more information, complete the report after support handling, provide a replacement path, or handle a refund under the Refund and cancellation policy.
