1. Current monthly plans
Starter includes 5 reports each paid billing period. Starter is A$19 for the first month for a customer's first paid Starter subscription on the account, then A$59/month from the following billing period until cancelled. Pro includes 20 reports each paid billing period and is A$99/month until cancelled. Prices are in AUD and include GST.
2. Starter first-month offer
The Starter first-month price is an introductory offer for a customer's first paid Starter subscription on the account. It applies only to the first paid month unless checkout or written terms say otherwise. After the first month, the subscription renews at A$59/month until cancelled, unless we have given advance notice of a future price change and a practical cancellation path before the affected renewal.
3. Included reports
Monthly included reports are available for the current paid billing period only. They reset each paid billing period, do not roll over, are not cash credits, and cannot be banked, transferred, or used as a general account balance. Starting a new included report requires a current available allowance and a subscription/payment state in good standing.
4. Using an included report
An included report can be used for one selected Victorian property address after Nookera checks that the property can proceed through checkout. When you use an included report while your allowance is valid, it starts the report or submits the selected property for boundary review without opening a new card checkout. If boundary review is required, PDF preparation starts only after the mapped property boundary is confirmed. If your subscription later becomes overdue, paused, unpaid, or cancelled before the PDF is ready, that already-started report can continue through delivery unless the specific order needs support, fails delivery, is refunded, disputed, or revoked.
5. Cancellation
Subscription billing is managed through Stripe Customer Portal when available. If Customer Portal is unavailable, contact hello@nookera.com.au to request cancellation support. Cancelling stops future renewals. The current billing period normally remains available until the period end if the plan remains in good standing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you contact us soon after the most recent renewal and no included report has been used in that current billing period, we may review that renewal under the Refund and cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation-retention offers
When a customer starts a subscription-cancellation flow, Nookera may show a limited one-month retention discount before the Stripe cancellation step. If available, the offer will state the discounted next billing period only, the normal renewal price after that one discounted billing period, and that the customer can continue to Stripe Customer Portal and cancel now. The current retention offer prices, when available, are Starter A$19 for one next billing period, then returns to A$59/month, and Pro A$59 for one next billing period, then returns to A$99/month. Retention discounts are not refunds, credits, or cash balances, and they do not make unused included reports roll over.
7. Payment issues
If payment fails, is unpaid, disputed, or otherwise not in good standing, new monthly included report use may be paused or removed until the billing issue is resolved. A later subscription payment issue does not automatically stop an already-started included report. Stripe emails, Customer Portal, and your account page may show the current payment state.
8. Price changes and offer changes
We may change public prices, introductory offers, plan names, or included report counts for future purchases. If a price or included-count change applies to an existing subscription renewal, we will give advance notice and a practical cancellation path before the affected renewal where required. The current public Starter renewal price is A$59/month and the current public Pro renewal price is A$99/month.
9. Refunds and consumer law
This policy does not limit any right under the Australian Consumer Law. Refund questions, failed delivery, duplicate charges, subscription billing errors, recent unused-renewal questions, and other support issues are handled under the Refund and cancellation policy. Earlier billing periods are generally not refunded for forgotten cancellation unless required by law, caused by a billing error, duplicate charge, failed service delivery, or another support issue we accept. Any goodwill refund we choose to offer does not create an obligation to refund other periods.
